How do I create an account? +
Download the MasarCO app, tap "Sign Up", enter your phone number, email, and create a password. Verify your phone via OTP and you're ready to ride!
How do I unlock a scooter? +
Open the MasarCO app and locate a scooter on the map. Walk up to it and use the app to scan the QR code on the handlebar. Your scooter will unlock instantly and beep to confirm it's ready.
How am I charged for a ride? +
You are charged a small unlock fee when you start a ride, plus a per-minute rate while riding. When you end the trip, the total amount is deducted from your in-app wallet or linked payment method automatically.
How do I request a refund? +
If you believe there's a billing error, go to the app's Ride History, tap the relevant trip, and select "Report an Issue". Alternatively, email us at [email protected] with your trip ID. We review all refund requests within 3 business days.
Where can I park the scooter? +
You must park in designated green zones shown on the app map. Do not park on sidewalks, in front of entrances, or block traffic. Parking outside approved zones may result in a penalty fee.
What are the safety rules I must follow? +
Always wear a helmet, follow local traffic laws, ride in designated lanes, do not carry passengers, obey speed limits (max 20 km/h), and never ride under the influence. Review our full safety guide in the app.
The scooter won't unlockโ€”what should I do? +
First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient wallet balance. Try refreshing the app and scanning the QR code again. If the issue persists, tap "Report Scooter Issue" in the app or contact our support line immediately.
The app is crashing or not loading. What can I do? +
Try force-closing and reopening the app. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the app. Contact support if you still experience issues.
